Located in North Eastern area of San Diego County.  Our company started when our dream home and ranch was nearly destroyed to the 2003 Cedar Creek Fire Storm.  We were determined to never let this happen to our family again.

After conducting extensive research on fire prevention and fire-scaping techniques and attending the UC Davis Multi-Species Browsing Academy, we employed our new found knowledge on our own ranch.  We have discovered the most effective and PROVEN solutions in land & brush management and fire fuel load mitigation, are performed by GOATS!

Almost to the exact date of the Cedar Creek fire of ‘03, the Witch Fire of 2007 ravaged through Ramona, North East San Diego, and some Escondido communities.  Once again, our Family Ranch was in the line of fire.  However, this time our house was protected. By employing fire-scaping and livestock browsing techniques learned at UC Davis, we  utilized our goat labor force to clear and remove brush (fuel loads) around our  property, we created an organic, protective barrier (fire break) which  saved our home and ranch.

South African Boer goats is our specie of chose for our Brush Teams. They are well suited for the Southern California climate and terrain.  Their tremendous appetite for most plant species, their capability to get into difficult & hard to reach areas, and the environmental friendly natural process which they devour brush, makes our Brush Team Goats the perfect solution for controlling brush and fire fuel-loads.
